UK SHIPPING

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY CHARGE AND ESTIMATE

Standard delivery costs £14.99 per order. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

Orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse. Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order arrives damaged, is incomplete or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact us at contactgrouplbm@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. Please report visible transit damage as soon as possible and retain the packaging while we investigate.

CHANGES

Delivery charges, destinations and estimates displayed at checkout apply to the order and take priority if they differ from this policy.
