SHIPPING
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard insured delivery is £14.99 per order on orders under £350.
FREE standard delivery is applied automatically to qualifying orders of £350 or more. No discount code is required.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Our standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days unless a different estimate is shown at checkout or on the product page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, supplier fulfilment times or circumstances outside our control.
ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Orders may be fulfilled from more than one UK warehouse depending on the products ordered. Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If an order arrives damaged, is incomplete or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact us at sales@m3chs.co.uk with your order number and relevant details. Please report visible transit damage as soon as possible and retain the packaging while we investigate.
NORTHERN IRELAND AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Northern Ireland and international delivery are not currently available through the standard online checkout. We plan to expand our delivery coverage as our fulfilment network develops.
