Should you wish to return your order for any reason we are happy to assist you with this.

Our step by step process that we require you to follow will depend on why you are returning your order please read below for further information and if you have any questions please contact us

CHANGED YOUR MIND OR NO LONGER REQUIRE PRODUCT.

 

  1. Contact us @.......@co.uk to explain why you want to return your product and to obtain the address for returns.
  2. Send your item recorded delivery in a unopened/unused resellable condtion.

PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR ITEM BEFORE POSTING.

  • TAKE PHOTOS OF ALL SIDES OF THE ITEM OR A VIDEO IF YOU PREFER.
  • INCLUDING PACKAGING USED.
  • A PHOTO OF THE RECIEPT FOR POSTAGE ALONG WITH TRACKING DETAILS.

 THIS SIMPLE STEP HELPS IF ANY ISSUES ARRISE WITH THE CONDITION OF YOUR ITEM ON RECEIPT BY US.

KEEP THESE IMAGES UNTIL YOUR REFUND IS PROCESSED.

You will need to pay for the postage yourself which is not refundedable.

REFUND

  • Once we receive your parcel back we will inspect your parcel and as long as its is unused/unopened condition and is resllable we will issue you a full refund to the payment method used within 48hrs
  •  We will also contact by email you to let you know your refund has been issued.
  • The actual time it will take to recieve your refund will depend on your bank and or payment provider.

Should we not accept your return for any reason we will also email you and send photographic images explain why.

This is when your own evidence is vital as if you can prove you posted in a good condition using suitable packaging then we can issue a claim against our Currier service and issue you a full refund.

Unfortunately without this there's not alot we can do.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

  1. Contact us @ ......@.......co.uk to arrange your return explaining why you wish to return your item accompanied with any photos or video evidence you may have to help us process your claim as quick as possible.
  2. Send your item recorded delivery to the address we will supply if it is requested by us to return the item.
  3. We will provide you with the excat process to process your claim depending on if its a single item or not, if its an electrical item or not will also determine the steps we will need to take. DONT WORRY IT WON'T BE COMPLICATED AND COMPLEX WE WILL MAKE THIS PROCESS EASY FOR YOU TO DO.
  4. You may have to initially pay for postage but when your claim is successful then we will refund the postage charge in full plus the price you initially paid.

If we request a return from you then we will quickly check the item in question confirm your issue then process your refund plus any postage you may of had to pay.

We will email you to let you know the checks have been done and the outcome of our checks we will provide photo and/or video evidence if required.

SHOULD THE ITEM YOU RETURN BE AN ELECTRCAL ITEM, TOOLS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT THAT IS CLAIMED TO BE FAULTY BUT ISNT.

That Is Returned to us:

  • Opened,
  • Used
  • Or In a UNSELLABLE condition For Any Reason!

 THEN YOUR CLAIM MAY BE REFUSED.

IN THIS CASE NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.

WE WILL OFFER YOU THE ITEM BACK IF YOU WISH BUT ANY POSTAGE WILL BE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

For the usual cases that are not fraudulent.

We will process the refund our end within 48 hrs or receiving the item back.

We will email you to let you know the refund has been issued.

The time it takes to return to you will depend on your bank and payment provider.
