DPF Cleaning Machine MET XL

Years of cleaning Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and various types of catalytic converter have prompted Mobile Eco Tuning to create their own cleaning machine, which is now available commercially. 

The METCLEAN XL MK2 2025 is capable of cleaning all types of DPF, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems  Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), GPF, OPF, EGR, Intercoolers and Radiators for cars, LCVs, HGVs, Plant, Agricultural & Marine engines.

The new machine is based on existing models but has an array of features unrivalled by other machines, including:

When designing the METCLEAN XL, MET technicians called on deep knowledge of automotive industry requirements and of the needs of the filter itself. The machine uses high and low pressure water flow mixed with an MET-designed blend of chemicals, plus heat, to back flush soot and ash from the filter. 

 

Having your DPF and other types of filter cleaned means not having to replace them unless they are damaged. Other advantages of refurbishment include a more cost-effective and quicker process, along with the fact that it is more environmentally friendly. 

The METCLEAN XL is also UKCA approved. This Conformity Assessment Mark on commercial products indicates that the manufacturer or importer affirms the goods’ conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards.

Powerful Pumping: With a robust chromoly 2.5 kW 3Phase pump for high-pressure washing, ensuring thorough cleaning every time. Ultra low noise output with low current draw.

Cutting-Edge Drying Technology: Enjoy a hot drying system capable of reaching temperatures of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, guaranteeing swift and effective water reducing. (please note the DPF will require baking if you want it 100% moisture free)
