Yanhua ACDP Module 1 — BMW CAS Key Programmer

The ACDP Module 1 provides fast, safe, solder‑free BMW CAS (CAS1 → CAS4+) programming and EEPROM/FLASH read‑write for key programming, mileage reset and data restore — either via OBD or in‑circuit (ICP). Designed to work with the ACDP platform, it removes the need for component removal or soldering and uses intelligent pin detection for reliable operations.

Key capabilities

• Read/write FLASH & EEPROM (CAS1 → CAS4+).
• Add keys and perform spare or lost‑key programming via OBD or ICP.
• Mileage reset for CAS systems.
• Data restore / modify VIN, frequency, ISN or replace CAS by editing EEPROM data.
• OBD restore for CAS3/CAS3+ after downgrade issues.
• Supports chip families such as 9S12DXP512 / 9S12XEP100.

Important notes

• Requires an ACDP Basic Module (the basic module is needed once to use additional modules).
• For all‑keys‑lost workflows you must also purchase ACDP BMW ISN Module 3.
• Dashboard mileage adjustment requires ACDP 35XX Module 4.
• To perform CAS1–CAS4+ key programming directly via OBD (without adapters), purchase the A500 OBD licence.
